We’ll put together an online advert, and once you’ve approved this, we will list your home on the three prime property websites of Rightmove, On The Market and Zoopla. To reach an even bigger audience, we’ll also post your property ad from each of our social media platforms.

ORGANISING VIEWINGS

When we start getting enquiries, we will give you and any existing tenants 24-hours notice of each viewing. Your dedicated Rocket Residential agent will keep you posted with all feedback and info.

REFERENCING

We will carry out a credit check with each of your potential tenants, to confirm they have a positive rental history and are reliable.
